The Company began on November 30, 1957, selling machine tools, cutting tools, molds, dies, and jobbing castings and open die forgings to automotive, off-the-road vehicle, defense, and engine manufacturers.

In the late 1960's, the business expanded with the addition of high volume production principals to service the automotive industry. These principals included a powdered metals fabricator, an automotive rubber and plastic manufacturer, ferrous and non-ferrous foundries and upset and closed die forgers.

During the 1970's, the business evolved to predominantly servicing the automotive industry and their sub-suppliers. At this time, machine tools, cutting tools, and molds and dies were dropped by the company. However, the company still maintained their business in the defense and non-automotive engine and truck sector on medium volume parts. In the early 1980's, the company added high volume stampings and a line of fabricated tubular components. Currently, all our principals are involved with fabricating metal parts We have a number of resources available to our agency to assist our principals in quoting and manufacturing.

The Company has in place an organization with extensive knowledge of metal parts fabricating from raw material to finished part.
